Job Description: The role will be to do a deep dive demonstration of SAP SuccessFactors solution. Prepare the demonstration script as per the client’s requirement. Keeping the demo instances and own self updated with SuccessFactors quarterly updates. Able to communicate SuccessFactors value proposition to the audience.


Job Responsibilities

  • Demo Readiness – Preparation and conducting deep dive demonstration
  • Client Engagement and Client Handling
  • Involve in Pre-Sales activities like Client interaction, Proposal, Post-Proposal support during entire Sales Cycle. Also participating in preparing the presentations and sales collaterals
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients requirement and pain areas
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Use the demo guidelines and follow presentation do’s & don’ts to conduct the demonstration
  • Provide feedback and update the demo script
  • Record details of opportunities


Candidate Requirement

  • MBA in HR/BE in Computer Science
  • Excellent Presentation & Communication skills
  • Knowledge of the HR Cloud solution
  • Presentable, confident & self motivated

Job Responsibilities :

  • Be actively involved in the prepare, explore, realization, deploy and run phase of the project implementation
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workbook workshops / meetings with the clients.
  • Creation of workbook, Implementation based on the blueprint, creation of test cases, planning as per checklist and cutover for deployment core user training, go live and post go live support
  • Providing information and demonstrating about best practices to the client
  • Maintain the data privacy
  • Maintaining the project documents (workbook, presentation, excel files)
  • Providing creative source of suggestions, workaround and solutions to address the gaps and problems.
  • Delivering the solutions features and functionality as per the scope of work and project plan
  • Feasibility studies and solution reviews
  • Support multiple projects.



  • Minimum one end to end implementation of SuccessFactors module as per SAP Activate implementation methodology is must with consulting experience
  • Understanding of industry specific business processes (if applicable)



  • Degree in MBA HR, BE / BTech in computer science or equivalent from premier institutions
  • Candidate with certification in SuccessFactors will be preferred
  • Good knowledge in SuccessFactors
  • Good Presentation and communication skills
  • Ready to travel for assignments (short term and long term)
